Spotting damage caused by the sun is a fairly easy process. In early adult hood damaged skin is easier to spot. Wrinkles should feel harsh and coarse if they were caused by over exposure. There are many treatments to reverse the damage done by the suns rays, however there no better treatment then prevention. Diets that are high in fruits and vegetables are a good way to power up your skin to fight any possible damage. Remember to also shield your skin from the sun as best as you can. Wear light clothing that covers any trouble skin areas, and make use of shade when you can. Wear sunscreen whenever you will be outdoors. Apply sunscreens with the proper SPF to suit the occasion, and apply it often throughout the day. A good tip is to avoid the sun when it is at its strongest points. Simply avoid the sun during the mid-day.

The pores around the nose are also larger because of the larger oil glands. Sebaceous glands are also found along the back, neck, and chest. There is no way to completely eliminate oily skin; the amount of oil produce is based purely on genetics. During puberty oil glands are more active, which sometimes is the cause of acne.
