It is impossible to eliminate oily skin, but with a few skin care tips oily skin can be minimized. Dirt and daily oils from skin do not cause acne; however, indirectly they do. Foods which discourage oily skin are primarily organics such as vegetables.

There is no way to completely eliminate oily skin; the amount of oil produce is based purely on genetics. During puberty oil glands are more active, which sometimes is the cause of acne.
