The sun is an important aspect of everyday life. It regulates the earth's time, gives life to the earth, and is essential to our survival; however, it does harm out skin. We all need the vitamin D from the sun, but too much exposure will cause age spots, accelerate aging, create burns, and maybe even cause skin cancer. They are versatile and able to use during other skin treatments. These products include cleansers, active care, moisturizers, and camouflage. Cleansers are used to control oil without irritating the skin. Active care is formulas used to remove dead skin and unclog pores. Moisturizers are used for combination skin which requires smoothing from irritation. Camouflages are used to hide acne spots while reducing irritation.

Remember that you should only reduce consumption not eliminated. Toxins should also be eliminated; this includes margarine and hydrogenated fats, sugars, aspartame, mono sodium glutamate (MSG), fried foods, and alcoholic drinks. Foods which discourage oily skin are primarily organics such as vegetables.
