Although skin fillers have an instantaneous affect, its benefits only last 3 to 6 months. Botox is a similar treatment to skin fillers.

Remember that you should only reduce consumption not eliminated. Toxins should also be eliminated; this includes margarine and hydrogenated fats, sugars, aspartame, mono sodium glutamate (MSG), fried foods, and alcoholic drinks.
