Spotting damage caused by the sun is a fairly easy process. In early adult hood damaged skin is easier to spot. Wrinkles should feel harsh and coarse if they were caused by over exposure. Wear light clothing that covers any trouble skin areas, and make use of shade when you can. Wear sunscreen whenever you will be outdoors. Apply sunscreens with the proper SPF to suit the occasion, and apply it often throughout the day. A good tip is to avoid the sun when it is at its strongest points. Simply avoid the sun during the mid-day.

Topical antibiotics are used in cases of mild acne. It is a cream which is applied twice a day to reduce bacteria and redness. Topical antibiotics are only available by prescription. Topical vitamin A derivatives are used to help eliminate blackheads, whiteheads and unclogging pores. This is also only available by prescription.
