Every time the skin is tanned it only gets more and more damaged. If it was a natural tan or an artificial tanning bed, the result is still the same; tanning damages your skin. Those who are constantly working outdoors are more likely to be a victim to photo damage. Similar to the sun, smoking is another factor which cases skin damage. It accelerates skin aging, and also has a chance of causing skin cancers.
