Pigment discolorations and any hard areas may be signs of skin cancer. If any areas that fit into that category are found, it is best recommended to get them checked by a dermatologist as soon as possible. Pigmentations are usually brownish red or dark brown. The skin should feel rough with a bit of depth to it.

Remember that you should only reduce consumption not eliminated. Toxins should also be eliminated; this includes margarine and hydrogenated fats, sugars, aspartame, mono sodium glutamate (MSG), fried foods, and alcoholic drinks.
