It is used to reduce bacteria and cleanse pores. The first few uses may cause irritation, but the skin will become accustomed to it over time. Topical antibiotics are used in cases of mild acne. It is a cream which is applied twice a day to reduce bacteria and redness. Topical antibiotics are only available by prescription.
