Bichon Friese Skin Resources
Looking for information on bichon friese skin, we can help. Before learning how to treat oily skin, we first must discuss what causes it. The oil found primarily on the face is produced by glands called the sebaceous glands. As we all know the nose is a problematic area on the face, this is because the sebaceous glands are often larger in those areas. The pores around the nose are also larger because of the larger oil glands. Sebaceous glands are also found along the back, neck, and chest. There is no way to completely eliminate oily skin; the amount of oil produce is based purely on genetics. During puberty oil glands are more active, which sometimes is the cause of acne.
If your family is probable to skin cancers, it would be good to have yearly check ups at a dermatologist. It is important to identify skin cancers as soon as possible to prevent any possible spreading. There are many forms of skin cancers however, you should always check for two things. Pigment discolorations and any hard areas may be signs of skin cancer. If any areas that fit into that category are found, it is best recommended to get them checked by a dermatologist as soon as possible. Pigmentations are usually brownish red or dark brown. The skin should feel rough with a bit of depth to it.
