Looking for information on association of skin care, we can help. The sun is an important aspect of everyday life. It regulates the earth's time, gives life to the earth, and is essential to our survival; however, it does harm out skin. We all need the vitamin D from the sun, but too much exposure will cause age spots, accelerate aging, create burns, and maybe even cause skin cancer. The suns effects on our skin can be classified into two categories, acute and chronic. Acute affects include common sun burns or rashes from short term over exposure. Chronic affects include the compounded skin exposures over time which causes long term lasting affects. The chronic affect most known are visual changes known as photo aging.
There are many treatments to reverse the damage done by the suns rays, however there no better treatment then prevention. Diets that are high in fruits and vegetables are a good way to power up your skin to fight any possible damage. Remember to also shield your skin from the sun as best as you can. Wear light clothing that covers any trouble skin areas, and make use of shade when you can. Wear sunscreen whenever you will be outdoors. Apply sunscreens with the proper SPF to suit the occasion, and apply it often throughout the day. A good tip is to avoid the sun when it is at its strongest points. Simply avoid the sun during the mid-day.

There is no way to completely eliminate oily skin; the amount of oil produce is based purely on genetics. During puberty oil glands are more active, which sometimes is the cause of acne.
